Your libraries and K'Hubs (Paris & Nancy) during confinment

For students on the Nancy ARTEM campus, the ARTEM library is ready to welcome you under new conditions and strict sanitary measures from Monday, September 9th.
For students on the Paris campus, the K'Hub La Défense is still open, more info at the end of this message.
In this confinment period, the ARTEM library offers two services :
- click & collect books you ordered via the library catalog Ulysse (https://ulysse.univ-lorraine.fr; learn how to order books and renew loans with this video : https://youtu.be/s0EmQx2pgH4), sur rendez-vous entre 10h à 16h,
- the possibility of work on-site (book a seat or a computer), without direct access to the book collections, on two time slot that cannot be changed or shortened : 9h-12h and 14h-17h. Seats are limited.
For each of these services, an appointment is mandatory via the online application : http://rdv.univ-lorraine.fr/bibliotheque/
Attention : Authentification for ICN students is done under "Authentification", then "Authentification Université de Lorraine" : enter your usual MyICN login.
Meeting for students will be at the door entrance between amphitheaters A-B, at the back of the ICN/IAE buildings in the patio.Do not come directly to the library, we will come to meet you.
Sanitaty measures need to be strictly followed : wear a mask at all time, everywhere; wash your hands with hydroalcoholic gel, keep your distances. Students with symptoms must not come to the library.

For students on our Paris campus, the K’Hub on the campus Paris La Défense is still open.
You can access it from 9h to 17h, with an appointment only. You can book your sear with the form available on MyICN, under« Resources » then « Accueil Covid ».
You can come to work alone only, without changing seats or moving furnitures. Seats available have been divided by two.
